In today’s run-of-the-mill life, people do not care about their health at all

and they are so busy in their work that they are not able to eat food on time,

as a result, gas starts forming on an empty stomach

or sometimes so quickly. When we eat food, we swallow the food without chewing it properly,

due to which the food is not digested and then we start complaining of indigestion.

When the gas goes to the brain, the brain cannot function properly.

When gas enters the joints, there is a complaint of heart palpitations, then joint pain.

This means gas goes to any part of the body, where it creates trouble,

Use caraway, Black salt, Black cumin and Asafoetida powder after  eating, use trifala powder, do Vajrasan after eating. if the stomach feels heavy ,then put a pillow under the waist and spread both hands, bloating will be beneficial immediately.
